We understand that circumstances can change β€” internal approvals, budget freezes, or last-minute decisions. While our recruitment deposit is non-refundable by default, we believe in being fair and transparent.

πŸ’‘ What the €500 Deposit Covers

  • Activates your onboarding and secures your place in our recruitment queue
  • Gives you access to our full intake system and candidate sourcing network
  • Protects our team’s time and resources if recruitment begins and then stalls

This deposit is fully credited toward your final placement fee once a hire is made.

πŸ“Œ Can I Get My Deposit Back?

Our official policy is that the deposit is non-refundable. However, we may issue a refund or credit note at our discretion if the following conditions are met:

  • Your request is made within 48 hours of payment
  • You have not yet submitted the Quick Crew Brief (Form 2)
  • No active sourcing or internal shortlisting has commenced

If these conditions are met, we’re usually happy to reverse the charge (minus any third-party processing fees). If recruitment has already begun, the deposit helps cover the time and effort already invested by our team.
