This should take 4 or 5 minutes max and gives us a solid foundation to begin the hunt for your next crew member.

Once you’re done, you’ll be directed to the Deep Dive, a more detailed follow-up that helps us further screen and fine-tune your candidates. You can complete the Deep Dive in your own time online or book a call with us instead, whatever suits you best.

All offers, even temporary or seasonal roles, must comply with MLC leave standard minimums (2.5 days/month) or your flag state’s minimum — whichever is higher. Unpaid leave must be paid out at end of contract if not taken during employment.
