My Story |
I am an Italian chef who fell in love with cooking at the age of 10 when I was forced to cook for myself because my mother had to work to support the house. At that moment I decided that cooking would be my profession. I embarked on a culinary path, first by studying at the cukinary arts institute in Montecatini Terme where during 5 years of study I did several internships (the most important in the 3-star restaurant Da Vittorio). After that I threw myself into the world of work working in several Michelin starred restaurants. At the age of 25, after covid I decided I wanted to embark on a new path. That of a chef at sea. I worked for Disney Cruise Line, then for Ponant (yachting company) and since June I managed to enter the yachting industry.
