I’m deeply into seafood cuisine, fine dining plating, and international gastronomy, with a growing interest in Japanese techniques (still perfecting my ramen broth and ravioli skills!). I love working with fresh, high-quality ingredients and constantly pushing myself to improve.

I had the incredible opportunity to train and work at Degusteria del Gigante, a restaurant recognized in the Michelin Guide. This experience shaped my approach to fine dining, discipline, and attention to detail. Working in such a high-level environment taught me the importance of precision, consistency, and the art of creating memorable dishes.

As a young chef, I am constantly striving to grow, improve, and push my limits. I have had the privilege of learning from experienced chefs, refining my seafood preparation techniques, and deepening my understanding of high-end cuisine. My training also includes a specialized course with Chef Hirohiko Shoda, where I explored Japanese techniques, particularly in broths and ravioli making.

Being young in this industry is an advantage—I bring passion, energy, and a strong desire to learn and adapt. I am always looking for new challenges that will help me evolve as a chef and elevate my skills to the highest standards.
