I am a “Cordon Blue” graduate from the Paris branch.

Over 20 years of experience in restaurants, caterings, private chef including my own restaurant in Costa Rica where I was chef/owner.

I have catered for some high end clients and celebrities throughout the years including –“Queen Latifa” , “Kendra on Top”, and some high end Kosher families as private chef.

I have done a lot of weddings and rehearsal dinners up to 150 guests served and buffet.

I am a Portuguese/ Costa Rican national with a B1/B2 visa living in Barcelona.

Native English, fluent French and Spanish (Hebrew too).

Experience as sole chef on 30+ M/Y cooking for crew and guests.
