Krista is an amazing leader and mentor, she inspired many of our younger team members to pursue excellence in their careers. She is an expert at creating a calm space in the kitchen and is one of the most organised chefs I have ever worked with.
The experience Krista has acquired working for some of the restaurant industry's best known and highly regarded Chef's was apparent in her organisation, preparation and knowledge of worldwide cuisine and her presentation and delivery was excellent. She is calm under pressure and worked extremely well alongside the other crew.
