Chef Sailing Cat

A 60ft sailing catamaran is looking for a female chef to join their charter team in Palma starting next week. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-facing environment and enjoys preparing fresh, vibrant cuisine for active summer charters.

This is a weekly charter program with up to 8 guests, run by a team of 3. The position comes with a shared cabin (with the stew), a Cayman Islands flag, and an MLC contract. The role runs until the end of September, with a bonus and tips included on top of a competitive base salary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare guest and crew meals
• Deliver high-quality, fresh, seasonal cuisine
• Provision efficiently for back-to-back weekly charters
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in a small galley

Qualifications & Experience

✔️ STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Certificate
• Previous sailing or catamaran experience is a bonus
• Charter background preferred
• Positive, adaptable and team-focused mindset
• Able to work independently in a compact team of 3
