Stew 50m

A 50m+ private/charter motor yacht is looking for a hardworking and switched-on 4th Stewardess to join their interior team of four. The vessel is currently located in Central America, operates a dual-season program, and has a busy schedule of both private use and charters.

This is a non-entry-level position, focused on laundry and housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in these areas aboard similar-sized vessels and be confident running crew and guest laundry and managing turnarounds for up to 6 guest cabins independently. This is a hands-on role where time efficiency, detail, and a team spirit are crucial.

The crew is known for being happy, active, supportive, and multinational, and they’re looking for someone who brings good energy, professionalism, and a sense of humour to match.

Responsibilities

• Full crew and guest laundry handling
• Solo cabin turnovers (up to 6 guest cabins)
• Maintain housekeeping standards under time pressure
• Rotate and support across the interior as needed
• Uphold cleanliness, order, and guest readiness at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience on 50–60m private or charter yachts
• Confident working solo in laundry/housekeeping
• Organised, motivated, detail-driven
✔️ B1/B2 visa in hand
✔️ Valid STCW & ENG1
✔️ Passport from accepted country list
